Equally perfect for health-conscious adults and for kids who love to cook, Quick and Easy Frozen Treats will teach you a variety of methods for turning fresh food into frozen summer treats everyone will enjoy. You will have dessert in a few simple steps without turning on the oven. Win-Win. All you need is a freezer, some fruit, and a food processor. Join Teaching Table for some freezing tips just in time for summer’s bounty. Get 3 treats to cool you off on a summer day, plus recipe ideas for countless variations on the classics. You will also finally learn the difference between all of your small kitchen appliances and how to best use them.

This is a VIRTUAL LIVE hands-on cooking class. You can make any or all of the treats along with us, using the ingredients and equipment you have on hand. We will share recipes and walk you through simple and fun substitutions.

All recipes for this class are vegan and gluten-free. Most can be made without any added sugar.

All ages are welcome and encouraged. Youth might need adult support in the kitchen.

What you need:
