You will show me the ingredients you have on hand, admit your culinary challenges and pose your cook-with-what-you-have conundrums. I’ll help you brainstorm potential uses of the ingredients, suggest practical substitutions and will follow up with recipes and techniques so that you can immediately cook with the ingredients you have.
