Kids love wrapping presents and their foods. Did you know that ravioli comes from the Italian riavvolgere, which means "to wrap"?
In this Summer Cooking Intensive, kids will embark on a culinary adventure around the world. They will explore and make their own versions of popular wrapped and rolled foods from a variety of ethnic cuisines, plus dessert each day (some of which are also wrapped!).
This Summer Cooking Intensive will provide them with hours of hands-on engagement, expand their cultural knowledge, and build their culinary tool belt.

This fully supervised 5 1/2-hr cooking workshop is a drop-off program.
Ages 6-10 years old.
Lunch and snack is included. We eat what we make.
You can register your child for the entire intensive (Monday - Thursday) or select 1, 2 or 3 of the 4 days. Please indicate preferred days in the form below.
$115 per student daily or $435 for all 4 days (save $25 when registering for the whole intensive). Each student will also receive a youth-sized apron and recipe booklet to take home.
