Handmade Pasta

Fettucine. Cavatelli. Farfalle. Pappardelle. Orecchiette. Linguine. Strozzapreti. In this adult cooking workshop, you will make colorful naturally-dyed pasta dough from scratch. After preparing some sauces, you’ll practice rolling and cutting pasta into various shapes that pair perfectly with those sauces. You’ll love learning about pasta, its origins, how it’s made, and the various cuts and shapes almost as much as you’ll enjoy eating it!

Our menu may include:

  • Handmade Lasagna in Winter Squash Bolognese

  • Farfalle with Vegan Kale Pesto

  • Beet Tortellini en Brodo

  • Kale Ravioli Filled with Herbed Ricotta

  • Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe

  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sage

  • Orechiette with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe

  • Shrimp Scampi with Linguini
