Chef Laura will unveil the secrets behind typical Italian favorites and regional specialties, sharing our tested family recipes. Make the pasta and sauces from scratch. Learn the techniques to a perfect cacio e pepe with our unique spin. Fry up your own chicken milanese and serve it with a crunchy acidic romaine salad. Our chefs will round out the meal with an anti-pasti course of Oven Fried Eggplant and Cherry Crostada for dessert.
